Returns/Refund Policy

Please choose carefully when ordering plants from us as we do not accept returns if you change your mind. Plant Collective pride ourselves on supplying plants of the highest quality, however if you do have any issues with your order, please notify us immediately after delivery (including photos). Due to the perishable nature of plants, Plant Collective will only accept returns within 24 hours if the customer has contacted us straightaway that there has been an error with the order or there are quality issues. Please email enquiry@plantcollectivent.com.au if you have any concerns and we will be more than happy to assist you.
