Delivery Information

We currently deliver to all suburbs between Darwin City and Humpty Doo. For customers outside of these areas within the Northern Territory, we can package and deliver orders to local freight depots for on-forwarding at your own cost; please contact us for a quote. Unfortunately, we do not currently supply to other states/territories in Australia, however we are hoping to do so in the near the future. Please get in contact with us if this is something you/your business are interested in. 

Deliveries will be made every Tuesday and Friday between 8:30am-5:30pm.

Orders must be placed 24 hours prior to the desired delivery day:

  • Tuesday delivery – before 12:00am ACST (Midnight) Sunday
  • Friday delivery – before 12:00am ACST (Midnight) Wednesday

For deliveries between Darwin City and Humpty Doo all orders over $200 are FREE. Otherwise, please see the below pricing:

  • Deliveries between Darwin City and Humpty Doo = $10 flat rate fee (current promotional special)

Prices above are for delivery to a ground floor address only. We cannot take your plants upstairs, in lifts or place them inside your home. If parking is limited or far away from the delivery address this may incur an additional charge. Please let us know access conditions to your property in the notes section of the check-out page.

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Following this, a text message will be sent regarding your approximate delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to external factors such as delivery volumes and weather etc. However, if you have a preferred delivery time please write this in the ‘Order notes’ at the checkout; every effort will be made to meet your preference and we will keep you informed of the progress of your delivery on the day.

If the recipient is not home, Plant Collective staff will leave the order somewhere safe unless the customer has specifically requested not to do so (a re-delivery fee will be charged if this has been reuqested and no one is home to collect the delivery). For confirmation, a photo will be sent to the customer to confirm that the order has been delivered to the provided address. Plant Collective will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items if we have to leave orders unattended.

If incorrect information is provided that leads to a failed delivery (e.g. wrong address, wrong time etc.) a re-delivery fee will be charged. In the case where the customer wants to cancel the order after the failed delivery, the customer will only receive a refund of the order minus the delivery fee. This delivery fee will be deducted regardless of whether the order was over $200 or not.

Further, if we are unable to access the address due to unleashed dogs/livestock/animals, unmaintained driveways, locked gates etc. Plant Collective reserves the right to refuse delivery if our drivers cannot safely do so.

PLEASE NOTE:
No deliveries will take place on public holidays, so they will be dispatched on the next available delivery day. We also have a close-down period over Christmas and New Year’s, so any orders placed on or after the 20th of December will be processed from the second week of January, unless otherwise specified.

We do not have a physical store, so are unable to offer ‘Click and Collect’ services at this time, however this may change in the future.
